Ezequiel Fabela contacted me after I posted what I needed. My downstairs living room celing was damaged badly because of an upstairs water leak. We agreed on the cost and the time when the work should start. Ezequiel and his assistant showed up as promised and they stayed on the job until it was done (it's a two-day job). They did a great job covering the floor and furniture to prevent damges, replacing the damaged sheetrocks, taping, texturing and painting the new ones. The even painted my breakfast room ceiling to make it match with the new paint in the living room. And they did an excellent job in cleaning up the work area. I would hire Los Cheques Painting again.

Los Cheques Painting did a great job re-gluing the door on one of my kitcken cabinets and replacing a side panel near my dishwasher. I could not be more pleased with his work. I have hired him to paint two of my bathrooms since painting is his sprecialty

Esquiel did a fantastic job with repairing cracks on my walls, creating a faux finish with lime paint, and adding a trim in my bar area by finding a matching paint! Detail oriented, very polite, takes pride in the quality of his work. Left my place cleaner than when he started.

For Context I am a Real Estate Agent and I hired Ezekiel to help me with getting my clients home in great shape to list it. We all know it’s hard to find great contractors for a great price. I can’t emphasize enough how fortunate I was to find Ezekiel. He was pleasant, professional and did a great job. He came the very next day for a quote and for the next 2 days he came to my clients house and painted and fixed trim and baseboards that were chewed up by dogs. He doesn’t rush a job, he wants to make sure he does it right. He cares about the quality of his work. Additionally, he also repaired a large crack in my clients granite counter tops! It was well done. Lastly, to top it off he helped me move a couple of things without hesitation to help stage my clients home. Do yourself a favor and hire him!
