- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We break down our pricing per room / item, so it's easier for customer to make a decision on the project. We can always provide quotations with variety of options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We schedule an estimate with the customer. 2. We learn about details of a project. 3. We provide quotation on the spot after all measurements completed. 4. We walk customer through our proposal and address any questions. 5. We schedule appropriate time for production and ensure that project goes smooth for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All painters that work for 360 Painting have at least 10 years of practical experience.
