Their family member had been arrested by ICE for having been convicted of several crimes in the past (drug possession, arson, burglary, assault, and DWI). When the family came to us, they had lost all hope because all the other attorneys they consulted with before us, told them that their loved one's deportation was inevitable and that it would be easier if their family member just accepted a deportation order. We didn't see it that way. We fought hard for several months but in the end, we were able to win his cancelation of removal case and he was released to his family. Our work ethic and dedication to every single case, whether it be immigration, criminal defense, or personal injury, is unmatched.

My wife's case has been difficult for my family and I, and it took almost 2 years. We faced a lot of setbacks and were considering quitting the case altogether. Moises was very positive and motivating. He was quick to adjust and pushed us to always be ready. It took a lot of patience and understanding, but he got it done. My wife was approved for her green card. He didn't have many online reviews when I was looking for an attorney, but the ones I read spoke highly of him as a person as much as an attorney. They were all spot on as is this one. Attorney enough that when he speaks, you trust that he knows what he's doing and can do the job well, but still a family man who genuinely looks out for your best interests.

Mr. Medina was such a great help through out my entire process. He helped me understand everything as it came. Always kept me up to date on when paperwork came in and what was the next step.
