I cannot say enough good things to say how awesome DFW Foundation is. I needed urgent foundation work done to help support the sale of my home. Communication was paramount from the beginning, and they were in touch with me consistently providing clarification on doubts, while many others did not. DFW Foundation was able to fit me into their schedule with short notice unlike many others. They provided excellent documentation to showcase what their contract and warranty would look like before the job. Deborah at DFW is amazing and she was extremely consultative and guided me throughout the process including before and after signing the agreement. She was the key reason why I chose to pay slightly more to go with DFW Foundation compared to another company here on Thumbtack. They are also listed on BBB unlike many others. Also their corporate address is not someone’s house unlike others. The crew that came to work on the job was also excellent and they took care of everything including replacing the flat stones back on top of the concrete whereas (that only 1 other vendor was willing to do). I am highly impressed with their level of service, and for my next home I would hire them in a heartbeat.
