We booked for a weekday day at 9 am and then they scheduled it for 8 am so when I received the reminder I had to remind them of the error. The morning of the cleaning, I messaged them at 9:10 because the cleaner had not shown up at 9am. Messaged again at 9:20, and 9:40am. By 9:50 no one had shown up and no one responded until then and only by message not by phone. They said the cleaner had broke down but why didn’t they let me know earlier ? Very disappointed and frustrating because I took that morning off from work to meet the cleaner and show them the house, etc. I found the apology disingenuous and do not want to give them another opportunity.
