- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are happy to provide discounts for recurring customers (e.g. monthly, bi-weekly, weekly).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an integrated, easy and intuitive business booking process. As soon as we're connected with you, we put you in our booking system to receive email/text notifications about your service appointment and we share a private invoice link that you can pay through after our service is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The management team itself is ran by two veteran MBAs, and growing up, cleaning was apart of our lifestyle. We enjoyed doing it, and it brought show to our family members. Therefore, we've instilled those same behaviors into all of our cleaners, who are carefully vetted and trained, to bring that military precision cleaning to your house.
