Alex has saved my sanity with being a first time hot tub owner! He was so patient with the million of questions I had, communicated so well about scheduling and when to expect parts to be in. He has been reliable and great at showing proof of his work when we aren’t there via photos and videos. He has integrity and will only do work that is necessary and will explain thoroughly why it’s necessary. We bought a hot tub on FB marketplace and it instantly broke. Alex found the issue and even ordered the parts for us and we reimbursed him. He goes above and beyond for his customers! He even helped direct us to the chemical pack we needed and took time to explain why having certain chemicals is beneficial and what consequences could happen if the chemicals are not balanced correctly. Our hot tub is for our Airbnb and ever since Alex started working for us we have had only glowing reviews of the hot tub from guests! I cannot recommend Alex with Tanks Tubs Spa Repair enough for repairing and maintaining your spa!

Tanks Tubs was out within a day and got the parts for my Volaris tub and got me back me in business... the jets blow so hard now I love it so good. thanks tanks, you made my tub the hub for the party, fastest jets in town.

I recently had an awesome expereince with Tank’s Tubs. My old pump was giving me a ton of trouble, and I was dreading the worst. I called them up and couldn’t believe they were able to come over for a diagnostic the same day! Talk about service!
The tech who came over was super knowledgeable. He quickly figured out what the problem was and told me I’d need a pump replacement and a new heater union. I was worried it’d take forever to get the parts, but they had everything they needed within a week.
Then came the day of the repair. The tech arrived right on time and got to work immediately. They swapped out the old pump and replaced the heater union in what felt like no time at all. Everything was smooth and went off without a hitch.
I definitely recommend Tank’s to everyone looking for quick and quality service. It’s not often you find a company that’s so reliable and effiicient these days. A++ service!!
