Introduction

Over the last 50 years we have installed thousands of Hardwood Floors, and engineered floors using all wood types of species, domestic, exotic, North American, European, Asian and other countries, that have precise acclimation time (very important to acclimate your wood prior to installing), installation and recommend materials used to comply with the manufacture very specific warranty requirements (if the proper materials are not used your warranty will be voided). And most installation companies don't have the experience to properly navigate all of the challenges that arise from all of the different requirements and experience needed to properly install these floors. Because no two floors are exactly the same and you will need someone who will work through all the options with you. We love working with our customers to get them the floor they want and to make the process as quick and easy as possible. I'll try to keep this short, but it may be a bit difficult to do that. Let me start off by saying WOW when it comes to Texas Hardwood Flooring. How I came across Texas Hardwood Flooring is when my daughter needed floors installed. They had several bids and I said, "let me check Angie's List." I made the phone call and Texas Hardwood Flooring ended up getting the job and what a job they did at my daughter's house! Bryan was informative, not pushy, and personable. Now comes my house which we are totally redoing. The house already had some existing wood floors which are fairly new. I was able to locate these floors in Georgia. Bryan checked floor pricing out here for me and said I had gotten a great price. See, that is what is nice about Texas Hardwood Flooring they will buy the floors for you at a good price but if you can do better, have at it!! He told me exactly the amount of wood, tile and carpet I needed and was right on!! Texas Hardwood Floorings 3 man crew was unbelievable! They came in and got after it, worked from early morning to past dark. Pleasant, clean, and true artists when it came to installing Versailles patterned tile. They had to lace the new wood into the existing wood, again an outstanding job! The previous owner of our house gave me the name of the company that installed the wood floors that were there. I had him give me a bid and his price was high!! I can't say enough about what a great job Bryan and his team did for us. AND even more important was the prompt communication back and forth, showing up when they say they will and doing a very professional job.

We had Texas Hardwood Floorings install our hardwood floors in February 2007. They removed old carpet, tile, and wood flooring. Then they installed flooring of approximately 1200 sq. feet of 2 1/4″ wide red oak planks. They also stained an existing set of stairs to match the new hardwood floors. Throughout the week long installation process everyone involved was dependable, professional and courteous. The installers were extremely conscientious about their work and about leaving the house neat and tidy at the end of each day. My family and I were able to live comfortably in our home during the process and at the end had beautiful floors to enjoy. I would highly recommend Texas Hardwood Flooring for any work needing to be done on floors. We attend trade shows and have close relationships our vendors and manufacturers that insure that we are being kept up to date with the latest products, techniques and installations strategies for the new innovations as they become available.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Dad and my 2 brothers were in this business. They are deceased now and I am carrying on the family business and also passing this along to my oldest son.
