Kai is a courteous, hard working professional who resolved our bathtub and shower problems. We had poor draining, rotted flooring and wall issues he had to fix prior to installing the new shower and tub. Having a mobile home limited our options but Kai found great solutions. He prioritized our job. It made us comfortable seeing his skills at work. Kai was clean and neat. He made great recommendations to minimize disruptions. We plan to finish out the house with laminate flooring and hope to use Kai when that project starts out.
