Earlicia, you’ve hired us three times in the past, as you just stated. You understand how we charge by the hour. You were trying to get more services without paying for extra time. Unfortunately, that’s not how we do business and you should be ashamed for trying to slander a company who has done business, the exact same way all three times you’ve hired us. We have all of the before and after pictures of the service we provided , same I shared with you . I did also offer to come back today to do a touchup on these areas as well as load the dishwasher for you as long as you had it unloaded so that was possible for us today. You unfortunately waited till 2 AM to message me back to complain about the cost of the service not the amount of time it took. Respectfully, our services speak for themselves, and I will be posting the before and after pictures of your home to our profile page for all of the customers to see as well. 😊

Varsha, you hired our company to do a move in cleaning. We charge for time, by the hour, our team spent 4.5 hours detail cleaning your home for a move in , which is supposed to be empty , no furniture . We do not clean work out machines on a move in cleaning unfortunately! Our cleaners used a 12 foot extender duster to reach the second-story blinds and windows in your home, used a ladder to reach the light fixtures that were hanging above 10 feet in the air in your entryway, deep cleaned inside and out of cabinets and drawers, all of which we do have detail pictures of for this reason alone. Also snaked your bathrooms sinks full of hair clogging them! Unfortunately, there are still customers such as yourself, who are willing to slander a good companies name, with hard-working Cleaning teams, just because you were not wanting to pay more than you thought you wanted to pay for the service. You hired us by the hour, you owed us for 4 1/2 hours and only wanted to pay for 4. You could have booked us for more time to complete more areas , in this case you did not. The two pictures that you posted are of furniture pieces that are not included with any move-in cleaning. Thanks for trying to bring our company down however, you will not! Fortunately, for us, all of our teams work speaks for itself! Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
