Anchor Handyman was very nice and sweet. He was professional and the quality of the work was great! The only thing that I would suggest needs a little work is the punctuality. Although Anchor did communicate about the lateness, I would still have appreciated if he had arrived at the time we agreed upon.

Anchor Handyman is a small business offering a wide range of services such as general repairs, painting, flooring, plumbing, installation services and various miscellaneous tasks. Since their launch in 2018, Anchor has become a reputable company establishing themselves as one if the most successful companies to complete small to medium size projects for homes and businesses, while consistently exceeding customers’ expectations.
One of their key strengths include their approach to handling their service requests by offering a free thorough consultation to gather as much information regarding the customers’ needs and expectations to ensure they are confident in delivering a satisfactory experience before committing to the assignment.
Their team consists of skilled and tenured handymen who have mastered several trades to ensure any employee retained by a customer has the knowledge and experience to complete the request.
Although they rank high in customer satisfaction, some customers have reported delays in completing projects with multiple tasks associated with one job, possibly due to being understaffed.
My recommendation would be to consider the investment in hiring trainees to assist with the day to day operations of those jobs with multiple assignments to address those concerns regarding delay in task completion.
Anchor is a growing business with a strong foundation and quality services. By addressing minor operational areas of opportunity the company has the potential to be the most successful organization in their industry.

I recently hired Anchor Handyman company, and they were fantastic! The team was super professional, friendly, and made sure every detail was handled perfectly. They finished the job quickly without cutting any corners, and their communication throughout the process really stood out. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to receive a reminder of my appointment via email or text a day prior, but honestly, that didn’t affect the overall experience. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable and skilled handyman services!
