- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates and a lifetime warranty on all new gutter systems that we install with a maintenance plan. Pricing varies based on the current market price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to work with customers who leave a phone number and an address. Customers who know when they want their gutters done. We will call you to schedule an appointment to come to your home and go over any issues you want to address regarding any problem areas you might have concerns about. Based on our discussion and the style and pitch of your roof we will recommend the size gutter system you need. You'll choose the color you want, and if you want embroidered gutters we will also show you the designs you can choose from. We will give you a free estimate and set a date for the work to be done. A deposit of 50% is required and the balance upon completion of the job. We will call 24-48 hours before the installation date to confirm the scheduled installation. Upon arrival we will go over the plans one final time,make sure the color is correct and begin installation. After Installation we will test the system, do a walk around with you and explain the maintenance needed, your warranties, and the service plans available to you, complete paperwork and collect balance payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained for two years in both residential and commercial gutter installations of both 5 and 6 inch k style gutter systems as well as half round gutter systems I have been installing gutter systems for over 14 years.
