- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For every job we offer a free estimate to provide a thorough solution prior to the customer making a decision. We offer a discount for Veterans, Active/Reservist Military, and First Responders. We are very competitive in the DFW market, and all our customers are pleased with the final product. We offer referral bonuses as well if you refer us to someone else, and they complete a job with us!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our friendly office staff will take your call and you will always speak with a human being within a short period of time on the phone. We strongly believe in communication and responding to you every time you call while also not putting you on hold for hours. Brothers Gutters will set you up as a customer in our system and then confirm you in our schedule once booked for an estimate reminding you periodically of the estimate leading up to our Solutionist coming to your property to determine any issue or preferences for the potential job. Once a customer agrees to move forward with the job, we would confirm a date in the future for our installation team to come out. Our office will call to confirm the week before the scheduled date and our installers will call on the way to the property, so you know exactly when they should arrive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every single one of our installers is fully employed by us and not a subcontractor, and they all go through extensive video and real-life training before going out into the field. Our Solutionists coming out to your home to provide an estimate are also industry experts in the gutter industry and are able to problem solve with you to find the perfect customized solution to your home.
