Best customer experience and role model how a service company should be. Jose replaced double tension springs, cables, and bottom rubber seals to accommodate new insulation addition of my double garage door. He is a perfectionist and makes sure not only it works great and also looks great esthetically. I could lift the door with two fingers now. He is also very patient and educated me with what to do and what not to do. I compared the price with 2 other companies and MCG out price them. Plus, he replaced the side pullies without any additional charges.
