From start to finish everything was exceptional. I needed to put together an event at the last minute and Kay’s Decor & Events made it happened. Hoped on the phone early in the morning and we had pretty much everything worked out by noon. Consistent check-ins made me feel secured. Showed up actually early day of the event. Kay's Decor was responsive and professional. I told her my vision and she brought it to life without much guidance/instruction. Kay arrived on time and already had the balloons blown up and arranged. She put together the backdrop which included the white cloth and string lights. She even helped me jerry rig a cake stand with speakers for the event (I forgot to order a cake stand!). I really appreciate Kay and her time. I will definitely work with her again.

Veronica and her daughter were amazing to work with! I sent her pictures of what I wanted and she nailed it. My daughter was thrilled with the party decor which was elevated by the beautiful balloon arches, back drop and columns created by Veronica.
