Tony was on time and responsive in communication. We had agreed upon a fee to install a new LED light and a smart thermostat. He was very quick and efficient with the installation of the LED light. Unfortunately, he was not comfortable with installing the smart thermostat and said I should call a HVAC technician. Given he only completed one of the two projects discussed, he still charged me for both which was surprising. I’d also recommend that he’s provided and/or wears blue shoe covers when walking into clients’ homes as he left a trail of dust/dirt and footprints that I had to mop up.

I would have picked all 5 reasons if allowed. Tony was very responsive and even made hims of available when my lights came in early. He was right on time (to the minute) and did a wonderful replacing light fixtures in my kitchen, living room and hallway.

He installed 2 bathroom fans. Very responsive, punctual and did not leave a mess behind after having to cut into drywall as the replacement fan was larger than original fan. Great service.
