I would have also added Work Quality and Responsiveness as well if Thumbtack had let me choose all five.
From first contact all the way through the follow up optional review, working with Affordable Dumpster Rental was a good experience.
Specifically, I worked with Nathan, Kailie, and Melanie. Kailie fielded my initial call and request. She had answers to all my questions and suggestions where I needed them.
When I had follow up questions prior to delivery, Nathan responded quickly and efficiently.
The same driver delivered and picked up the dumpster. It is unfortunate that I did not get his name. He maneuvered a tight space with ease and made it all very simple.
Affordable was true to it's name and the best deal compared 1-for-1 to other companies I contacted. And, once we got deeper into our project, I couldn't have been happier to have the dumpster there. And then "affordable" took on a new meaning. It was absolutely worth the cost.
Afterward, Melanie called with an optional series of follow up questions to make sure I was happy with everything. And I am.
And through everything, every person I worked with, Kailie, Nathan, the driver, and Melanie, were as personable, friendly, and helpful as they could be. I don't know how often I'll need to rent a dumpster, but next time I do, I'm going right back to this group.
