Introduction

I grew up in the construction industry. My high school summer vacations I started working as labor in concrete. As I grew up, so did the hours, and the experience. I been a full time concrete worker (40hrs+) over 12years. It take time, patience, dedication, & experience to even to understand the job and grow with it.
