IML Construction fabricated two concrete slabs of approximately 200 sf each to extend patio and driveway.
They were very professional throughout the entire process and very accommodating when we asked for a couple of modifications.
I don’t typically provide reviews but I was so impressed with their work, I felt that I should in this case.

IML did an amazing job pouring our new driveway (~240st ft - 10ft x 24ft). The pricing was great & within our budget and more importantly reasonable…we had been having issues with concrete contractors quoting a “high” ($3500-$5000) minimum price for even our smaller job.
The initial response for info/pricing was quick and professional. They made sure all of our questions were answered and asked questions to find out what we wanted/needed/any concerns we had for the project area were (we just did a total home reno and removed the previous driveway because it sloped towards the house and had issues with standing water due to the grade of the land and they slope of our neighbors property & entire street).
They addressed everything upfront over the phone & prior to pouring the driveway on the day of to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.
They showed up on time & prompt on the scheduled day to pour the driveway . Israel and coworker were extremely nice and professional. They quality of work was impeccable and not rushed.
They manually excavated several inches of existing soil in the 10x24 space to to grade & slope the land properly away from the foundation of the house…added the removed soil to our existing landscaping/planter areas around the house (and always made sure to slope it properly away from the house foundation. They worked all day and cleaned up the area prior to leaving & didn’t leave a mess.
They came back 2 days later to remove the wooden forms and clean up the surrounding area, fill in with dirt around the new driveway, also checked & leveled out the areas where the extra soil had been added to planter beds/landscaping areas and to replace the sod they needed to sit aside & temporarily remove.
We were beyond happy with the finished product. We have already recommended and shared their contact info with 2 of our friends who were needing some work done. Have also had 2 neighbors stop and commit on the quality of work.
We wished we had found them earlier when we had other concrete work done on our total home reno. We will definitely use them again the next time we need any concrete work done and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I needed a patio to be done and what more can I say about Israel and his crew. From the moment I received the quote to actual job being done was amazing. They started around 8 in the morning and were done later in the same evening. Not only did they begin the work for my backyard oasis, but they exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them for any concrete needs anyone has. Great job
