Literally the week after I left them a positive review, lifetouch’s cleaner quit, and didn’t show up. It has taken me three weeks of follow up to get them to respond to me letting me know when they’ll be sending another cleaner and after much follow up on my end, I’m finding out I have to look elsewhere. The caliber of the cleaning was OK. It wasn’t great, but I thought the cleaner would get better as we would communicate what he missed, etc. For example, in our one bathroom, the cleaner knocked over a plant spilled dirt, broke leaves off the plant and didn’t even take the time to pick it up. There was even dirt on the toilet paper rolls. It was strange. They decided not to charge me for that day. I think they are nice people, but were not a dependable Company to rely on for weekly quality commercial cleaning. I am saddened to leave this review but this was my experience.

Am sorry to hear this about the cleaner that worked in your facility. We don’t deserve the 2 star review you left for our company. You increased our assignments by 30% the second week. The cleaners that worked in your building did The job that we agreed on. I had a discussion with you to add $20, you refused. I gave you 2 weeks to look for another cleaner. Our company didn’t get paid for the last 2 weeks we worked there. We have been in business for 11years We take our business seriously, and we always satisfy our customers. Hopefully, we can will work together in the future if opportunity arises. Also, am very sorry for the inconveniences. We only stop coming to your office to clean only based on the price disagreement, not about the quality of of the job Thanks! Isaac H.
