- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can try our best, our very best, to provide quotes remotely for repairs but we'll probably need to actually be onsite with you to give you best rate possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Traditionally we work face to face with our customers and we get our hands dirty making sure we're providing the best options possible for our customers! We still rely on the old ways of getting a technician out to you to properly diagnose and quote on work and repairs needed. Equipment Estimates = $0 No Charge Quotes are Available Repair Estimates = $79 - may be waivable with repair work done.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work exclusively with Residential Property. We primarily service home owners, but we also have a property management program if you have multiple properties that you would like to put under service.
