FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very transparent and we try to avoid any surprise costs at the end of the project. Through a careful evaluation most worst case outcomes can be addressed before the project starts so the cost can be taken into consideration if the worst case were to play out (where applicable). Most projects will not carry this stipulation. We always try to work with owners budgets and give suggestions on how they can reach a similar goal if they completely underestimate cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on project size and/or details or customer request the estimate process can be taken care of virtually or in person. Either type will be scheduled to the owners convenience and performed on said schedule. After the estimate the owner can expect a quick turnaround time for bid proposal for approval. After approval we will then work on scheduling and details such as material selection to get the project rolling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training I have has a mixture of sources such as actual field work of about 8 years in the construction industry doing everything from tile to framing and roofing and a good amount of everything in-between. Combined with the technical knowledge of a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from The University of Texas at Arlington, the experience level becomes a perfect balance of knowing why, how, and what should be used to make your project last the test of time.
