Need to get someone who knows what they’re doing. Mark came with us cause I look in to the type of customer. You answer them as a human. For example, I message him using I will be glad to help, not we. I use “ya” instead of “you” cause he seemed liked a Texan. You make it sound real. In construction you gotta be real. Even in chimney you gotta be real. People like to hear they are speaking to a human not a script. Honestly if I was you I would prohibit my customer service from ever copying and pasting.
