FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary depending on the complexity of the case. However, cases that we consider "simple" are typically priced below our competitors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of our initial review is done over the phone. With busy schedules for both myself and the customer, it is typically easier to conduct a one-on-one consultation over the phone. Once we've passed that hurdle, we either move forward with document submission electronically or in person. When the client's paperwork is ready, we conduct a thorough review and explanation with the client in our office to make sure the information is precise prior to filing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been practicing bankruptcy law for the past 10 years. My experience in this field is vast, as I have represented debtors in chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcies. I also spent a substantial portion of my first 5 years of bankruptcy practice representing chapter 7 trustees in liquidating assets of a debtor's bankruptcy estate. That experience has given me the perspective of being able to analyze a client's case not only from their perspective, but also how it will be viewed by the trustee to whom their case is presented to.
