- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we would request a 10 minute phone call to collect pertinent information about the event, verify the client's wishes, and clarify any information that was not included in the initial request. Or the client may complete the questionnaire on our website which will give us all the information we need to give accurate pricing and fulfill the client's wishes.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We are happy to perform at large and small wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, anniversaries, birthdays, private parties, corporate events, private dinners, banquets, engagement dinners, marriage proposals, singles parties, etc...
