- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to be officially booked, you MUST sign the client contract and pay a required 50% deposit. The remaining amount due will be due the DAY BEFORE THE EVENT!!! I also have a 2 hour booking minimum. Thank you! 🥳
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I arrive about 30 minutes early to any event or party, that way I can coordinate with you on where you would like me to be and to set up! PLEASE ALSO PROVIDE A CANOPY/SHADE IF AN EVENT IS GOING TO BE OUTSIDE! Thank you! 😊🎈🎉
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While there is no official education or training for balloon twisting, that doesn't stop me from trying to gain as much balloon twisting knowledge as possible! 🙌🎈🤩 Whether it's taking classes taught by other professionals, experimenting/creating my own designs, or learning one on one from other twisters— I never stop learning and always strive to be improving and constantly curating my craft! 😊🎈🎊
