I have not decided to go forward with my project yet, but I was very impressed with Santos and Tan in their response, time and energy they put into meeting with me, returning my phone call even on a holiday weekend, and going over my plans and getting me an estimate so quickly. They were very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them with such great attention to details and great communication skills and habits.

Santos is the best architect that I have worked with in 25 years. He listens and communicates very well and can easily explain clients needs to contractors. Santos was always available by text or e-mail when I had ideas and needed information quickly.
