He let me know he would message me ro let me know when he would be on his way , my time was between 1 and 3. He did as he said messaged and let me know he was 20 minutes out. He got here took my dryer apart and immediately figured out the problem. He fixed both issues and even went and picked up a new dryer duct for me because mine was no good all bent.
