Jorge Dominguez went above and beyond to resolve my issue of my dryer, exceeding my expectations. I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism and attentiveness of his customer service is second to none, always prompt and helpful. I felt truly valued as a customer, he really listened to my concerns. When he completed the dryer, I asked him would he come back another time to look at my washer. He immediately looked at it without hesitation and will be back with a new part. Jorge is knowledgeable, friendly, and quickly found a solution to my problem, and I highly recommend him and this company. He was the first to respond and came out to replace a seal on our dishwasher that was flooded inside and wouldn’t shut off. It worked 2 cycles and broke again on Thanksgiving, of course! He was off for the weekend but came out Monday afternoon to fix it again. Very nice guy and he really cares about doing a great job.
