Jorge Dominguez went above and beyond to resolve my issue of my dryer, exceeding my expectations. I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism and attentiveness of his customer service is second to none, always prompt and helpful. I felt truly valued as a customer, he really listened to my concerns. When he completed the dryer, I asked him would he come back another time to look at my washer. He immediately looked at it without hesitation and will be back with a new part. Jorge is knowledgeable, friendly, and quickly found a solution to my problem, and I highly recommend him and this company. Great Job with my Samsung French Door!
