FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are committed to offering pricing that is both competitive and fair, emphasizing the importance of providing value for the services we deliver. In negotiations, we prioritize flexibility to tailor discussions according to the specific needs and preferences of each client. When it comes to payment, we remain open to accommodating various forms, ensuring a convenient and accessible transaction experience for our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically assess the project, offer an estimate, and engage in negotiations with the customer. Once we reach an agreement on both the price and the start date, we proceed with the job. Payment is only expected after the completion of the project and when the customer is entirely satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have acquired our handyman skills through a combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and practical experience. We attended a trade school, where we learned carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and construction. Our career began with apprenticeships and on-the-job training, gaining valuable experience under the guidance of seasoned professionals. We've obtained certifications in specific areas, such as plumbing and electrical work, and we continuously engage in education to stay updated on building codes and safety regulations. In some regions, we've secured licensure for certain types of work. Our success in the handyman profession is attributed to our broad skill set, including proficiency in various tasks, and our commitment to effective communication.
