- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our monthly package prices include the design and development of your responsive website (mobile ready), 24/7 hosting, domain, CMS, custom emails, basic SEO, and web store. Wabu Web Design performs maintenance and updates for the life of the site. Flat, one-time design fees are also available with hosting charged separately and updates and maintenance charged per hour. For monthly clients: All sites will incur a small one-time startup fee depending on pages and scope of work. Further details can be discussed in consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial consultation either by phone or in person to establish the clients needs. We send them a questionnaire to get a full scope of the work required. We then send a quote based on the interview and questionnaire. The client can approve the proposal by signing or contact us for adjustments to be made. Work starts after a down payment is initialized. Our timeframe for most site work is 1-4 weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a Web Developer, Linux Administrator & IT Professional on staff. I am a Web and Graphic Designer with a degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications. I am also a self-taught photographer and author. My LinkedIn page is available for review.
