Juan was amazing. Truly an artist. Worth every penny. He does quality work with competitive pricing. He makes home Reno projects more manageable and affordable by only having to deal with 1 person, and that is the person who is actually doing the work, not a project manager, or multiple contractors. Very detailed invoices, you know exactly what you’re paying for and why. He has incredible insight on the what, how and why of home renovation. He painted and floored, installed new light fixtures, recaulked bathrooms and replaced water fixtures in 10 days for a 2500 sqft home with 2 full baths. I can’t say enough about this guy. Will be using him in the future for any repairs or renovations.

Great service by Juan. Installed 3 pendant lights and centered 4th lighting to hold a chandelier. The quality of work was 10/10. It looks like the light has always been there. Juan relocated lighting within code, replaced sheetrock and painted to a seamless finish. I am very happy and would use again for future projects.
