After buying and selling several homes in the Houston area, my passion for real estate led me to acquire my license in 2015. My goal is to support individuals, families, and investors as they navigate the real estate market. I focus on customer satisfaction and building life-long relationships with my clients. I have over 15 years of oil & gas industry experience, degrees in Chemical Engineering and Business Administration (MBA) as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and Certificate for Leadership Development from Harvard. My family & I reside in Cy-Fair area, Towne Lake Subdivision. In my spare time, I love to sew, cook and watch movies. I am a member of the National, Texas, and Houston Association of Realtors. I am bilingual (fluent in English and Yoruba).

I'm open to working with clients on their budgets and can offer discounts
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I initiate contact, I will schedule a meeting to discuss their goals for the transaction as well as home specifications and timeframe. For buyers - I set up alerts for them to begin receiving new listings that meet their criteria and from there we schedule showings on houses they have interest in. For sellers - I prepare a CMA to determine the appropriate value of their homes, get it listed on the MLS so interested buyers can begin viewing. From there, we receive, review, and select the best offer.
