Once we've gathered all the details, we’ll schedule the first clean, during which you'll meet the cleaner in person. During this visit, you can show them around your home and highlight any areas of priority. After the first clean, we’ll follow up with a call to ensure you're completely satisfied with the service and address any feedback you may have
