- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing largely depends on project scope and scale. Fair pricing is my goal with every project. Material costs are always in addition to listed service call price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process includes meeting with new customers in person or over the phone and going over the project together, making sure expectations are set as best they can be from the onset. Secondly, I will do my best to gather new customer information so the process can run as smoothly as possible and communication channels are clearly defined.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years of field work (6500 hours) of largely residential electrical work, but also some of those hours are working in light commercial settings. I have a Residential Wireman License as well as the necessary education (mine was a 1.5 year remote program).
