This review will be based on two companies that I worked with. The company I used to remove the mold was with Team Home Solutions. The rebuild was with REG Remodeling. The whole project took 3 weeks to complete. *Team Home Solutions* Erick is the owner whom I dealt with and he provided me the initial quotes. He gave me a minimum fee and the fee for the worst case scenario. Unfortunately, it was the worst case scenario for my case. They lined my floors with cardboard and plastic, and they sealed the rooms with plastic to minimize the dirt and dust. Something I appreciated. I detected mold in my toilet room, and the issue involved the shower. They had to tear down the walls for the toilet room, as well as the room next to it, and the shower. I had water leakage inside my walls, and it was due to improper build of the shower by the builders. I was missing the shower liner. Took about a week for the team to tear down and find the culprit. Tyler and Juan walked me through every step of the way. What they found, what they think it could be, and they gave me precise estimates of their timing. I really enjoyed their professionalism and you should ask for them if you can. *REG Remodeling* These guys are under contract for Team Home Solutions. It took them 2 weeks to complete their work. There were some dead unproductive moments where they could improve on. We lost 1 day at the beginning before they could start. Lost 1 day in the middle of no work. And another 2 days waiting for the shower glass and having to recut to size. They could have been more efficient on timing. However, timing aside, the quality of their work were superb. I mainly dealt with Gabriel the lead person for REG. He coordinated efforts with other guys that were under contract with him. He coordinated efforts with the painter, plumber, carpenter, shower tile guy, and the shower glass guy. Gabriel kept me updated on each phase of the rebuild, and at the end of this project, I was very pleased with their work quality. Gabriel cleaned up after the team and he monitored each day they were there. I appreciated him for working with us to do the tile flooring and frameless shower doors with the budget we were dealing with. I do recommend hiring Team Home Solutions for mold removal and REG for the remodeling.

Excellent work, great pricing, and quick punctual completion of project. They remediated the mold issue we had in one bathrooms and prevented future problems with the smart suggestion of installing moisture sensing ventilation systems.
