He needs to be mindful of other people's time. The original appointment was for 1pm and later rescheduled to 2pm, but he didn't reply that he was on the way until 3:40pm. By then I had already wasted 2 1/2 hours of my lunch time for a no-show, and had to get back to work. I don't think he read the initial request because he did not know the type of repair that was needed. And he never called us, so it appears his confirmation is automatically generated.

I recommend this person 100%. He’s a very good guy. He knows how to work with his people and he knows how to take care of his clients he is a professional if he comes to your house he makes sure that everything is taken care so at this time if your air conditioner is not working, your house is not cooling feel free to contact him he knows his job very well

Elisee is such an amazing and such an excellent communicator, when I called him over to come and check on my AC system, he came immediately and worked on my AC and also maintained a professional working environment and walked through the process explaining what was wrong with my AC and what was needed to fix it and once he was done working on it, I haven’t had any problems with my AC anymore. He is my go to person now whenever I have any concerns. I would definitely recommend him.
