- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flat rate and we're upfront about it before you authorize the work. You'll sign off on anything we're doing ahead of time so that you'll always be protected from hidden charges, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to communicate the way our customers prefer, whether that's via phone call, text, email, or carrier pigeon! We'll need to collect some information to get started and book the first appointment but that's it!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are experienced with all major brands of equipment and take part in state-of-the-art training.
