Oxi Fresh makes sure that we deliver the best, professional service for the most afforadable prices within our market amongst our competitors. We constently look for the right discounts and specials to match with all jobs to make sure our clients receive the lowest prices available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client is handled like family and with care. Oxi Fresh technicians make sure that we listen to what our clients needs and concerns are. Also, Oxi Fresh technicians are trained to gather information to understand the fabrics and spots/stains that we work with, so we can make sure the dirt and grime is lifted out effectively without causing damage to the material.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every employee goes through a week long traning program at our Denver home office to learn Oxi Fresh's methods to deliver the best customer service and techniques to effectively remove the different types of spots or stains we may encounter. Oxi Fresh technicians also have ongoing virtual training delivered periodically to stay updated with cleaning procedures.
