Since we live in another state, Amy directed us to an online site with an array of choices and she made recommendations, then sent samples. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is based on Volume and although I will always take on small jobs, pricing is better to do more windows at the same time if you can. I still consider my company to be very fairly priced in the market and we have top of the line customer service and installers! Please keep in mind that we only repair and install products purchased from Time 4 Blinds.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a free consultation at your home. When you place your order it is 50% deposit at that time and the balance is paid once the installation is complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My dad retired after 60 years as an Interior Decorator and we had a family business that I was part of for most of my life. My dad is amazing and taught me everything I know. I also attend seminars with all of the companies I deal with, to stay on top of new trends and ideas.
