- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $65 service fee but it is waived with the repair. We have flexible schedules with Saturday availability at no extra cost.

Collect all the information about the appliance from the customer. Schedule appointment that works with their schedule. Provide an accurate diagnosis and give a reasonable quote.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked with my hands all my life. I met someone who had an appliance repair company and he trained me to do some basic repairs. I caught on quick and I was running service calls in no time. my ability to learn things quickly helped me gain knowledge about this industry and my skills took off. I eventually decided to start my own business.
