Joseph, the technician, seemed knowledgeable and explained different options we had with each of the three appliances we had him check, including replacement value. He gave us a quote to fix each of the appliances before he left. We were satisfied with the service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $65 service fee but it is waived with the repair. We have flexible schedules with Saturday availability at no extra cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Collect all the information about the appliance from the customer. Schedule appointment that works with their schedule. Provide an accurate diagnosis and give a reasonable quote.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked with my hands all my life. I met someone who had an appliance repair company and he trained me to do some basic repairs. I caught on quick and I was running service calls in no time. my ability to learn things quickly helped me gain knowledge about this industry and my skills took off. I eventually decided to start my own business.
