Alan did a great job covering up my bathroom before sheet rock repair and painting. He did not rush and wanted to ensure the job was 100% satisfactory. One PSA, make sure to discuss areas that imperfections, painting will not fix imperfect drywall...I think it's worth it to point these things out to the customer as well so expectations are realistic.

Working with Paint & Renovate by Alan has the best experience. From the bid process to scheduling to finishing the project everything has run smoothly. We originally booked for a painting and carpentry project but Alan was flexible enough to accommodate our additional needs and was able to fit the changes into his schedule. We’ve been so happy with the quality of his craftsmanship that we’re working together on a future project as well. We highly recommend this company to our friends and neighbors. I hired Alan for a painting job and cabinet fixtures. He was nice and accommodating work well with my schedule. However, after I paid him, he disappeared. Calls and text were not answered. Alan was supposed to come back and finished my cabinet fixtures as well as touch up the paint that chip. However as of 11/7/24 I have not heard from him. I definitely would not recommend this person or the company for home remolding jobs. If there’s no warranty or insurance or no invoice do not proceed. Alan was nice and accommodating however he breach his fulfillment of service.

brandy I let you know Monday by text that I would come do your touch- ups as soon as I returned from my 2 week trip out of the country. As well as other things that you wanted to add. You sent a few more pictures of touch up areas on Tuesday and Wednesday, which I didn’t think I had to reply to since we had discussed about them already. Thursday morning I reached out to come and finish those things for you, just to find out I had been blocked. Could not call or text brandy so how will I finish the touch ups now? Those cabinets turned out so nice and I was not even paid for one of the ceiling fans I installed .. this job doesn’t deserve a 2 star rating especially since it’s just about miscommunication.

Alan made a terrible experience of my house being broken into feel like it never happened. He fixed my door and wall damage as if it never happened and that was really big for my family and myself to be able to.return home without a big eye sore. I was out of town on vacation and he provided me with the assurance that everything would be taken care of and I don't know what price you put on that :) so his prices are the icing on the cake.
