- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have great rates, and the more people you refer, I can give a discount. I also believe in respecting people's time and I also like my time to be respected. I would like to be notified of a cancellation with a 24 in advance notice. If there is no notice to cancel I charge a $30. 00 fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak to my customer on the phone prior to the appointment, in order to get history of the client, and then this lessens the time needed on-site and then I can start on time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Massage therapist and also a Licensed Vocational Nurse. I also do sciatica piriformis release and Iliopsoas release. I have training also in massaging infants and adolescents.
