- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aren't the most expensive in town, but we also aren't the cheapest. We always start with a true deep cleaning!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to identify any delicate surfaces such as real hardwood floors, marble, etc. and talk through each item that we will be cleaning. Onboarding is simple and can be done over the phone or via our mobile app!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training program focuses on deep cleaning and using the right cleaning solutions to get the job done without being too harsh on surfaces.
