- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Priced competitively for the area. Prices vary based on needs of the customer, estimated time it takes to complete the project and the cost of any materials needed. I don’t charge any hidden fees. Lastly, I value my time and the quality of work I put into each project. I may cost more than others but my customer service and the quality of my finished product are what you’re paying for. I’m honest and do the jobs right. That extra insurance is more than worth it, I hope you’d agree.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always establish clear and concise communication first. I like to gather as much information about the project before I start mentioning any numbers. After acquiring details about the project, I research materials I’ll need to complete the job. Being thorough and paying close attention to detail, I make sure to estimate the time it will take me to complete the job as precise as possible. I never rush a job and always allow myself enough time to inspect and re-inspect my work before completion. I usually never charge for the extra time it takes for me to inspect my own work.

I have years of hands-on-training from completing various projects of my own as well as projects of others.
