Sam Cano was my installer and he did an outstanding job with installing a new outside AC unit on my house. Very meticulous and kept things clean. He made sure he did the work the first time correctly and I really appreciate that!!

I scheduled for dryer vent cleaning through Thumbtak. Called in the morning to ask a few questions. Was told they would call before arrival (appt was for 4pm). I inquired about semi annual AC/Heat checkups. When I said I rent my 2nd home they said they couldn’t offer the monitoring service. They also advised they would send me info via text. Not once did they say that they were not coming to service my dryer vent. I called just before 5pm to see if they were on the way. I was told they couldn’t service my home because I rent it. I was not able to speak to the owners/management. Needless to say I am highly disappointed that I was expecting a service call and had to call to be told they were not coming at the end of the day when it was too late to make other arrangements. I really wish I could have found this company to be great and be able to add them to my list of go to companies.

First, I was told they do service the area and then when they called to set up the appointment, which I did online, they told me they don’t service the area

Hello Cecil, that is correct, the home warranty company has been notified more than once that we are not on their vendor list but they continue to send their customers to us through thumbtack. We’re happy to supply a diagnostic but not as part of their terms and agreements.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer various discounts for seniors, military, and first responders. All of our prices are quoted up-front and never change once agreed upon.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our trained office staff will help the customer pick the best day that fits their schedule. Our dispatch team will remind the customer the day before their appointment to confirm the appointment is still needed. On the day of the appointment we do not lock our customers into a specific time so they are free to go to work and we keep them posted throughout the day on the ETA of the technician so they can plan accordingly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our service professionals are certified in their roles. Our team attends training all over the country throughout the year. Triple A Air Conditioning and Heating is a member of an exclusive membership only international network of contractors who operate with integrity and provide training on best industry practices.
