- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer various discounts for seniors, military, and first responders. All of our prices are quoted up-front and never change once agreed upon.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our trained office staff will help the customer pick the best day that fits their schedule. Our dispatch team will remind the customer the day before their appointment to confirm the appointment is still needed. On the day of the appointment we do not lock our customers into a specific time so they are free to go to work and we keep them posted throughout the day on the ETA of the technician so they can plan accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our service professionals are certified in their roles. Our team attends training all over the country throughout the year. Triple A Air Conditioning and Heating is a member of an exclusive membership only international network of contractors who operate with integrity and provide training on best industry practices.
