BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
You will receive an estimate price once you select our company for your project. Once we receive your cleaning request, we will respond back to you in a timely manner. Once the messaging process began, we may need to gather additional information, so please answer any additional questions we may have during the messaging process in order for us to provide you with an accurate quote.
QUOTES:
Our quotes are based off the cleaning request you selected such as standard, deep or move-out cleanings, the sq. ft. of your home, bedrooms, bathrooms, the dirt level of your home and the amount of man hours needed to get the job done.
DEPOSITS: NON_REFUNDABLE BUT TRANSFERABLE!!!!!!!!
We do require a deposit to secure your appointment. All deposits does go towards your balance. If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment keep in mind that our deposits are non-refundable. In order to transfer your deposit, you must cancel your appointment within 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You must also reschedule your new appointment within the same call for a new date no later than 30 days out.
