I was not happy with the resume provide. Also the level of customer service that was provided. No one needs anything for free I wanted what I paid for and not what you wanted to give me and force me to expect based on your point of view.

The finished project was awesome but the journey to get it, ruffled my feathers. It was almost a month,by a few days. I was worried. Due to a pandemic occurring, I will try to excuse some of the wait,instead of WisePointGroup.After several messages ,Julie did tell me that the internet was down at the office due to this. Other than the delivery time and punctuality, the work was professional. I am satisfied with the finished project. I would give them a try again or refer Julie but not during the pandemic.

The initial conversation between Julia and I went very well, and I was very optimistic about working with her. Unfortunately, a few days after pre-paying for her to convert 9 hard copy assignments into a digital format for my students, she stopped replying to my emails and text messages. She didn’t complete a single file and would not respond when I asked her for a refund. She’s a scam artist, DO NOT HIRE HER.

My services are not a scam. I am offended by your comments and disagree with your score. I was contracted to convert 1 civil rights education file into a google form. I designed 5+ custom graphics and delivered that project for $100. I spent a to total of 2hrs on your project, paid for asset files and worked with you over the phone. After you approved the file and you expanded the project to 8 more files. I stopped replying when you submitted for a request a refund for services not delivered, which was. I wish you the best of luck and thank you for being a tiny human educator.
