- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I realize not every organization or company has the budget for me. I am willing to offer a discount for pre-payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would set up a pre-speech call to go over what deliverables I have to offer. We will discuss all speech specifics including timing, content, powerpoint and handout considerations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Human Behavior Specialist, trained in personality styles. I have delivered countless speeches to audiences of 25 to 5000.
