- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most Hardsurface installation runs $2.00 Per sq. Ft.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial phone call, I come onsite and provide a written estimate and answer any flooring questions my clients may have (typical estimation times are around 9:30-10am or anytime after 6 or so, to avoid traffic). Once a product has been chosen, we will select the best date for both of us to begin our flooring install and will lock those installation dates in with our required deposit. Once scheduled, I begin my work day around 10am ( I send a heads up text message every day before heading on over) and typically start putting my saws up around 4 pm!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We follow most Trade shows in and around Texas. Our sales reps from our flooring distributors B.P.I, Swift Train, Mohawk, T&L, C&C, Adleta and Stephens to name a few) always provide a WEALTH of knowledge in industry know how.
