I sent out this AC issue in the morning. They came to my house on the same day. In this hot summer, it was a real rescue. My AC couldn’t cool down soon. Most of the time, the room temperature was around 83-84 degree. Although the first time repair couldn’t make the AC fully recovered, it made the room temperature around 79 degree, so that we had some time to discuss about replacing the outside unit. The technician worked hard and showed professional knowledge. I think it was a good value because they only charged the second time work on replacing the outside unit, but did not charge the first time repair, which was not a complete fix, but helped me cool down to an acceptable room temperature.
