- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because we strive to deliver best fair pricing to customers. In order to keep cost down we don't have fancy sales high pressure staff or in house financing. We provide excellent craftsmanship to be proud of comparable to big names without the big name overhead..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I study the home and ask questions to see what the customers preferences and needs are. How much they want to better the air quality or just get a cooling unit replaced are things I consider when offering options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Studied Air Conditioning and Electrical in HVAC at North Lake Community College Trane, Carrier and York OEM classes
